HOW TO USE

Step 1:
Stir Dixie Belle Crackle and apply over paint.

Step 2:
Allow the crackle to completely dry.

Step 3:
Apply a coat of your favorite Dixie Belle Paint in any color. DO NOT back brush. This will disturb the crackling.
